Setting Up Your Email in Gmail

Access Gmail Settings: Sign into your Gmail, click the gear icon in the top right, and select 'See all settings'.

Go to 'Accounts and Import': Find the 'Accounts and Import' tab.

Configuring Incoming

Add a Mail Account: Under "Check mail from other accounts," choose 'Add a mail account' and input <your-email@your.domain> or <your-email@your.domain>.

Choose Import Emails: Select "Import emails from my other account (POP3)" and continue.

Email Address & Username: <your-email@your.domain>.

Password: <Your Password>

POP Server: box.ecoreport.co.za, Port: 995

Select "Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail".

Complete Setup: Fill in the necessary information, click 'Add Account', and adjust the incoming messages settings as needed.

Configuring Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

Next, set up your account for sending emails.

Enable 'Send Mail As': Agree to send emails as <your-email@your.domain>.

SMTP Server: box.ecoreport.co.za

Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)

Username: <your-email@your.domain>.

Password: <Your Password>

Verify Account: Follow the steps in the verification email you receive to finalise the setup.
